The decision to acquire the long established firm of Chartered<br />
Surveyors, Lloyd Williams, in the autumn of 2013 was an easy one<br />
to make.<br />
When John Lloyd Williams rang me last summer and floated the<br />
idea, I didn’t need to dwell on the decision, since Epping had been a<br />
target town for some time and was an excellent opportunity for us to<br />
establish a foothold.<br />
The geographical location allows Mullucks Wells to reach inside the<br />
M25 and along the M25 towards Brentwood and Waltham Abbey.<br />
It fits our pattern of locations, in that all of our other offices are<br />
in market towns with a strong core of period properties and large<br />
surrounding villages.<br />
John’s ethos of personal attention closely matches ours and his<br />
management portfolio makes a comfortable fit within the Mullucks<br />
Wells existing managed stock, both in residential and commercial<br />
